Report to: Growth Director.
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Role Overview:
This role is designed to bridge strategy, technology, and operational systems, acting as the execution-focused PMO to ensure that all tech-enabled initiatives and internal process optimization projects are effectively pushed, tracked, and launched.
You are not expected to code or serve as a business analyst (BA). Instead, you’ll act as the central orchestrator—consolidating workstreams, detailing data and status, and ensuring delivery across teams.

II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & System Operations:
- Work directly with the strategic lead (Growth Director) to break down ideas into executable projects.
- Write clear briefs, convert goals into action checklists, and coordinate with tech teams or vendors.
- Own the project progress tracking, follow through on deadlines, and ensure on-time go-live.
- Lead post-launch reviews and support optimization phases.
2. Process Optimization & Data Tracking:
- Understand end-to-end workflows across the business (product dev, branding, CS, fulfillment…).
- Design and implement measurement frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, audit checklists) for all key processes.
- Analyze recurring operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
3. Internal Systemization:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate scattered files/tools into cohesive internal systems (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Sheets, workflow software).
- Serve as a gatekeeper of practicality, ensuring tools and processes are truly usable and adopted by the team.
III. Requirements:
Must-have:
- 2–3+ years of experience in PMO / Campaign Operations / Business Ops roles within fast-paced environments (e.g., ecommerce, tech, retail).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.
- Systematic thinker with a passion for organizing, standardizing, measuring, and optimizing.
- Strong communicator, able to write clearly, follow up thoroughly, and push stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, lookups); experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Trello is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience rolling out internal systems (CRM, POS, dashboards, workflow tools…).
- Exposure to automation initiatives, A/B testing, or operational audits.
