DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (BEAUTY & FASHION)

Report to: Growth Director;

Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Digital Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and optimize conversion rates.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Analyze Digital Marketing metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and tracking effectiveness.
• Research and apply new trends and technologies in Digital Marketing to optimize performance.
• Build tracking systems, reporting mechanisms, and actions to optimize results.
• Monitor Content Marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal departments (design, product, sales) to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Manage and train the Digital Marketing team to improve work efficiency.
• Report campaign results and propose improvements to optimize effectiveness.

II. Requirements:

1. Mandatory:

• Experience in a similar position within the cosmetics, fashion, or personal care industries.
• Hands-on experience.
• Commitment.
• Sharp mindset.

2. Preferred if:

• Candidates with experience working with luxury brands.
• Candidates with a technological mindset, who frequently explore and apply new technologies in their work.
