IMPORT EXPORT SPECIALIST (BEAUTY & PERSONAL CARE)

Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Responsibilities:

• Plan and propose to superiors regarding goods information, purchasing, and supplier sourcing both domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with the legal department to draft, sign contracts, and handle transactions.
• Negotiate with partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor and manage the shipment progress, product quality, and quantity control.
• Resolve conflicts and issues related to goods and products during transportation.
• Receive, verify, and compare relevant documents and inspect supplier invoices.
• Identify HS codes for imported goods.
• Handle customs procedures, including declarations, export documentation, etc.
• Manage and store import-export documents and related expenses.
• Prepare POs (Purchase Orders) and Contracts for orders.
• Process payments related to the department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

II. Requirements:

1. Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ownership of work with a high level of commitment.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with partners.
