JUNIOR MANUAL QC ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop test plan, test case, test report;
• Be responsible for verifying and ensuring the quality of product and service;
• Perform various testing types including UI/UX testing, Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and API testing;
• Identify and report bugs and issues encountered during the testing process clearly and in detail;
• Propose solutions to improve product quality and workflow processes;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to understand project requirements and develop the test plan;
• Write functional documentation;
• Provide operational support: knowledge transfer, functional training to the Operations Department, and functional demos on the production environment;
• Conduct knowledge transfer and user training on functionalities for end-users (branch staff);
• Support branches in handling arising situations requiring system operation guidance (Support group chat for branches - potentially outside of working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays);
• Perform other relevant tasks within the scope of QC work as directed by the Project Manager/ Manager;

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing. Preference for candidates with experience/ knowledge in automation testing;
• Experience working with domains such as Spa, Clinic, E-commerce/ Shopify, and Payment systems;
• Knowledge and understanding of end-user behavior on e-commerce platforms and healthcare/beauty service systems;
• Strong understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good logical thinking and system thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
• Experience in API testing: Proficient in using Postman and Swagger;
• Proficiency in SQL;

Other Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with testing-related certifications;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Willingness to learn new skills related to automation testing, performance testing, etc;
