Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Career Objective:
Junior Product Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in monitoring and executing the new product development (NPD) process, working with manufacturers and R&D teams to ensure products are developed according to standards and timelines.
Additionally, the Product Manager collaborates with relevant departments to ensure a smooth product launch plan, conducts market research, and oversees marketing activities, including working with agencies to implement KOL/KOC campaigns.
II. Responsibilities:
1. Support in New Product Development (NPD):
- Monitor and oversee the product development process from concept to launch.
- Work with manufacturers and R&D teams to ensure formulations, packaging, and product standards meet requirements.
- Track production progress, inspect product samples for quality, and suggest adjustments when necessary.
- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure products meet registration and compliance requirements.
2. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Collect and analyze market data, beauty trends, and customer needs to propose product improvements.
- Monitor competitor activities and report to the Brand Manager to adjust strategies when needed.
- Conduct customer surveys to gain insights and feedback on products.
3. Cross-Department Coordination for Product Launch:
- Assist the Brand Manager in working with marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams to execute product launch plans.
- Track supply chain progress to ensure timely product availability across distribution channels.
- Prepare product materials and support training for sales and customer service teams.
- Coordinate with agencies to oversee marketing campaigns involving KOLs/KOCs, PR, and sampling.
- Review content to ensure messaging aligns with brand and product positioning.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and compile evaluation reports to optimize marketing activities.
III. Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry in roles such as Product Manager, Brand Manager, or equivalent.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Biotechnology, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of cosmetic/skincare/makeup product development processes.
- Experience in market research and data analysis to guide product strategy.
- Ability to track and manage projects from concept to market launch.
- Experience working with agencies, KOLs/KOCs in the beauty industry.
4. Soft Skills:
- Time management and multitasking to ensure project timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and creativity.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
