MIDDLE UI/UX DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and study competitor platforms to propose UI/UX improvements;
• Use data from Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities;

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for Hasaki.vn’s website and mobile app interfaces;
• Maintain a coherent design system and ensure consistent UI/UX across all product features;

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, development teams, and marketing teams to ensure design implementations align with requirements and timelines;
• Participate in product strategy discussions, offer ideas and suggestions for overall user experience improvements;

Testing & Evaluation

• Work with QA/QC teams to test usability, measure design KPIs (e.g., conversion, retention), and continuously iterate on improvements;
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine UI/UX design solutions;

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in the e-commerce industry);
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.);

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of end-to-end product design processes, from user research to feature implementation;
• Experience in using data-driven insights (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps) for design decisions;
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end workflows is a plus;
