SOLUTION ARCHITECT (FULFILLMENT)

JOB OBJECTIVE

To undertake overall architecture design and lead the technology strategy for the order management, warehousing, and multi-channel order processing platform, serving enterprise customers. The candidate will build a modular, high-performance, scalable platform with deep integration into E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok...), shipping units, and AI-powered operational tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build the overall architecture for systems: OMS (Order Management System), IMS (Inventory Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), Seller Portal, Return, Billing...
• Design a modular, multi-tenant scalable system;
• Design detailed database schema, API contracts, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, logging, security measures;
• Review technical solutions, and provide support to backend/frontend/QA (Quality Assurance) teams;
• Create system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical guidelines;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and product deployment teams;

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with 1 - 2 years in a SA/ TA (Solution Architect/Technical Architect) role;
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, database management, and caching techniques;
• Preference for candidates with experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, E-commerce, and SaaS (Software as a Service) systems;
• Strong system thinking and the ability to decompose complex problems;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with Product Owners, the Board of Directors (BOD), and technical teams;
