I. Job Objectives:
- Develop and refine Havatek’s global brand identity, visual system, and communication tone across all channels and markets.
- Ensure strong brand differentiation, emotional resonance, and consistency with company vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Build brand concepts and creative narratives that translate well across both local and international markets.
- Lead market opportunity analysis to identify white spaces in beauty-tech, wellness, and personal care.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, aligned with consumer insights and innovation trends.
- Drive end-to-end product development, collaborating with R&D, production, and sourcing teams to launch high-quality, scalable products (e.g., skincare, devices, supplements).
- Monitor industry movements, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Oversee 360-degree brand campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative, media, and commercial teams to execute consistent and high-impact activations.
- Anticipate risks in campaign execution and develop timely, innovative solutions.
- Measure and report performance of all brand and marketing initiatives, with clear KPIs and ROI evaluation.
- Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional brand team.
- Act as a strategic connector between brand, R&D, creative, and commercial teams, ensuring tight alignment from product to communication.

II. Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ODM/OEM development processes and commercialization strategies.
- Strategic mindset with high aesthetic sensitivity and taste for premium minimalism and future-forward lifestyles.
- Experience in leading cross-market or cross-cultural brand projects.
- Consumer-centric thinking with the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven.
- Experience working in or with prestige/luxury brands (e.g., FOREO, L’Oréal Luxe, Dyson Beauty, Unilever Prestige).
- Tech-savvy and passionate about innovation, wellness, and design.
- Familiarity with global beauty trends, especially in Asia-Pacific, US, and Europe.
