Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Job Objectives:

• The Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for product packaging design and in-store display materials (POSM, standees, shelf talkers, display booths, store branding). Additionally, this role will support E-commerce visual content (Shopee, Lazada, website), social media posts, and other digital assets.
• Closely collaborates with: Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Branding, and Production Teams.

II. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Packaging & POSM (In-Store Display Materials) Design:

• Design product packaging, ensuring aesthetics, brand consistency, and an optimized user experience.
• Create POSM (Point of Sale Materials) such as display shelves, standees, posters, wobblers, shelf talkers, backdrops, window displays, and stickers for stores, showrooms, and retail systems.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Retail Teams to propose and design materials that enhance brand visibility and attract customers at retail points.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printing houses to ensure high-quality production and accurate execution of designs.

2. E-commerce & Social Media Visual Design:

• Design banners, product layouts, and storefront visuals for E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Website) according to brand guidelines.
• Create advertising visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, online ads (Facebook Ads, Google Display, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Ensure visual consistency and appeal across all online platforms to attract and engage audiences.

3. 3D Rendering for Packaging, Display, & Concept Development:

• Utilize 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Adobe Dimension) to create realistic 3D mockups of packaging and display products.
• Design 3D models of display shelves, pop-up stores, activation booths, and visual merchandising concepts before production.
• Support the team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts through realistic 3D visualizations.

4. Collaboration with Agencies, Printing Houses, & Production Partners:

• Review design files to ensure print quality and proper display on different platforms.
• Work with printing houses, POSM manufacturers, and creative agencies to ensure design execution aligns with project timelines.
• Provide design revisions and quality control to guarantee the best printing and visual results.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Retail Design, or Visual Merchandising.

2. Education:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in product packaging design, POSM, and sales materials.
• Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Adobe Dimension) for product rendering.
• Experience working with Trade Marketing, Production Teams, and Printing Houses to ensure production accuracy.
• Familiarity with E-commerce banners, website assets, and social media creatives is a plus.
