JUNIOR/ MIDDLE/ SENIOR GOLANG DEVELOPER

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be able to work on hard problems at scale for Warehouse Management System.

Your work will have an impact on various solutions that manage our stock and other crucial backend systems.

In more details, you will:

• Work with BA and software engineers to understand the requirements and constraints in order to design the architecture and lead the implementation process for new systems with scalability, reliability and high-performance target in mind;
• Work with software engineers and Infrastructure team to monitor and continuously optimize performance of existing systems;
• Provide coaching for software engineers in the team, foster strong engineering processes (code review, automation testing, CI/CD, monitoring & alert escalation ...) and contribute to hiring process for future talents;
• We are specifically looking for someone who has a high ownership and takes pride in what they do;

REQRUIREMENTS

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, distributed, web based production systems;
• At least 2 years of experience working with the Go programming language;
• Excellent at problem solving;
• Understanding of design for large scalability, performance and reliability and know the tradeoffs between solutions;
• Rich experience in networks, Linux systems, MySQL, Kafka, operating systems, and Go tech stacks;
• Familiarity with automation testing (unit test/integration test...), and obsessed with code quality;
