LLM Engineer

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech processing, and advanced prompting techniques. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing systems that leverage state-of-the-art language models to deliver exceptional performance in tasks such as chatbot development, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and other NLP related applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Large Language Model Development:

• Fine-tune and deploy large language models for various applications;
• Design and implement scalable solutions for integrating LLMs into production systems;
• Research and experiment with advanced prompting techniques to enhance model performance;

2. Chatbot Development:

• Build intelligent and conversational chatbots tailored to specific use cases;
• Implement robust dialogue management and natural language understanding (NLU) modules;
• Continuously improve chatbot responses based on user feedback and data analysis;

3. Speech-to-Text (STT):

• Develop and optimize speech recognition systems;
• Integrate STT solutions into real-time and batch-processing pipelines;
• Ensure high accuracy across diverse languages, dialects, and accents;

4. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and product managers;
• Document processes, workflows, and findings to support team knowledge sharing;

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with large language models such as GPT, BERT, or similar;
• Strong proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK);
• Experience in speech processing technologies (e.g., Kaldi, Whisper, Tacotron);
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multilingual and multimodal systems;
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations;
• Familiarity with real-time processing pipelines;
