MID/ SR DATA SCIENTIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will build machine learning models that power demand forecasting, customer retention prediction, product recommendation, and promotional optimization for Hasaki's fast-growing eCommerce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build forecasting models for sales, product trends, and customer behavior;
• Predict high-potential products for inventory planning and ad optimization;
• Design A/B tests and deploy recommendation and pricing models into production;
• Work closely with Product, BI, and CRM to turn models into measurable business value;
• Ensure ≥75% model accuracy with continuous monitoring and improvement;

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Data Science; experience in eCommerce is preferred;
• Strong skills in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn);
• Experience with forecasting (time-series), clustering, recommendation engines;
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and real-time model deployment is a plus;
