MIDDLE MANUAL QC ENGINEER

JOB DECRIPTION

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports;
• Responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of product and service deliverables;
• Perform UI/UX testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and API testing;
• Execute product testing across multiple device platforms: Android, iOS, WebApp, SDKs;
• Identify and report bugs and issues during the testing process clearly and comprehensively;
• Propose solutions to improve product quality and workflow;
• Collaborate with relevant departments to understand project requirements and develop test plans;
• Perform other QC-related tasks as assigned by the project manager/direct manager;

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing. Experience/ knowledge in automation testing is preferred;
• Experience working with domains such as Chatbots, Workplaces, CRMs, and E-commerce;
• Knowledge and understanding of end-user behavior;
• Solid understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong logical and system thinking;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks;
• Experience with API testing (using Postman, Swagger);
• Proficiency in SQL;

Other Requirements

• Relevant testing certifications are preferred;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Willingness to learn new skills related to automation testing, performance testing;
