I. Job Objectives:
- Develop the TMS product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features;
- Collaborate with BA, QC, and Technical teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery;
- Conduct market research, evaluate competitors' products, and suggest improvements;
- Direct UX/UI strategy to ensure an optimal user experience;
- Monitor product performance and propose data-driven optimizations;
JOB DESCRIPTION
II. Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in TMS, Logistics, or E-commerce;
- Deep understanding of TMS operations, delivery, and transportation models;
- Strong analytical skills, backlog management, and requirement prioritization;
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage;
