Office: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;

Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Saturday Morning.




 Job Description:

• Plan goods: price, quantity, forecast, time, ...;
• Order: Negotiate prices and delivery conditions to ensure the best benefits for the company;
• Implement & monitor the import process: Implement & check contracts, appendices, documents, import and export procedures to import goods, work with legal, forwarder, accounting & related departments office to receive goods. Ensure the import process arrives according to plan;
• Monitor and support the process of compliance procedures, publication documents... according to state regulations;
• Quality Control: Monitor and control quality of goods from suppliers. Continuously improve quality based on customer feedback;
• Monitoring Supply Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure supply according to the company's plan;
• Monitor marketing and sales programs to ensure revenue is achieved according to goals & have appropriate plans to place orders.

• Fluent English skills, both in verbal and written;
• Do your own work and high commitment;
• Details + importance;
• Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends;
• Master the international purchasing process;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners.

• Have experience using/ working in high-end brands;
• Have a technological mindset and regularly explore and apply new technology to their work.
