SENIOR MOBILE DEVELOPER

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are developing an internal Chat application for our company, enabling employees to communicate via messaging, voice calls, and video calls in both group and one-on-one settings. Additionally, the app will integrate features such as task management, short directives, internal announcements, and more to support work efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), and Flutter (Dart).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize the mobile application for Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), and Flutter (Dart);
• Integrate chat features (messaging, voice call, video call) using WebRTC, Firebase, SignalR, or similar services;
• Design the application architecture to ensure performance, security, and scalability;
• Collaborate with the Backend team to design effective and secure APIs;
• Optimize app performance, handle bugs, and enhance user experience;
• Write unit tests and UI tests to maintain code quality;
• Continuously monitor, debug, and improve application features;

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4+ years of experience in mobile application development (Android, iOS, Flutter);
• Proficiency in Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), and Dart (Flutter);
• Experience with WebRTC, Firebase, SignalR, and Push Notification;
• Strong experience in mobile application performance optimization;
• Knowledge of mobile security (SSL Pinning, OAuth2, JWT, Data Encryption);
• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes;
• Preferred candidates with prior experience in internal chat systems or similar applications;
