Reporting to: Growth Director;

Office: 588 Luy Ban Bich, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City;

Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Saturday Morning;

Responsibilities:

• Find suppliers: search for suitable suppliers according to requirements and criteria;
• Select Supplier: evaluate and select the appropriate supplier;
• Order Process Management: Negotiate prices and delivery conditions to ensure the best benefits for the company. Place orders and ensure the import process arrives as planned;
• Quality Control: Perform quality control on goods from suppliers. Continuously improve quality based on customer feedback;
• Monitoring Supply Performance: Monitor and evaluate suppliers' performance to ensure supply is in accordance with the company's plan;
• Coordinate planning and monitoring marketing and sales programs to ensure revenue targets are achieved;
• Other arising tasks if any.

• Fluent English skills, both in communication and writing;

• Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends;
• Master the international purchasing process;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners.

Benefits:

• Salary range: 16M - 25M;
• 13th- month salary, annual performance review;
• Fully insurance will be paid in gross salary after probation;
