BRAND MANAGER (BEAUTY & PERSONAL CARE/ MAKEUP)

Reporting to: Growth Director;

Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Saturday Morning);

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, collect data on the market that the business product is targeting;
• Develop positioning and market penetration strategies, forecast revenue, and create budgets;
• Ensure consistency between the brand personality and the company's vision, mission, goals, and strategy;
• Generate ideas and implement traditional and modern communication campaigns for the brand;
• Monitor marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product strategy;
• Anticipate campaign risks and implement timely solutions. Develop innovative growth strategies;
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, while evaluating ROI and KPIs;
• Team management.

Requirements:

Compulsory:

• Experience in similar position in Cosmetics, Fashion and Personal Care industry;
• Practical experience;
• High commitment;
• Acumen.

As a big plus if:

• Experience in using or working in High-end Brands/Corporations;
• Tech-savvy, regularly explores and applies new technologies to work.
