RESPONSIBILITIES

Backlog Management

  • Create and manage the product backlog, writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items to align with evolving business objectives, market trends, and stakeholder feedback;

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, clarifying requirements and mitigating risks;

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and release updates to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Facilitate effective feedback loops, proactively addressing concerns and aligning all parties on product direction;

Product Delivery & Optimization

  • Oversee feature development cycles, set sprint goals, and define success metrics/ KPIs;
  • Analyze product performance data (e.g., sales metrics, conversion rates, user engagement) to identify areas for continuous improvement;

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role (preferably within e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products);

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello);
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and drive decisions based on insights;

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach;
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;

Plus Points

  • Experience working with UX/UI teams or hands-on experience with UX research and design;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value;
